Established in 2018, ALEXCO Powder Coating is the Only Chrome Free Dulux Accredited Powder Coater in the Lower North Island. We excel in coating long-length aluminium extrusions as well as various steels.
We not only service our extrusions we provide powder coating services for other products. Our capacity is up to 6.5 mtr long and up to 900mm high as standard and up to 1200 on a special order. Our minimum order charge is $100.
At ALEXCO we are set up for production runs rather than small batch one-off pieces. Small runs are normally amalgamated with other orders of the same colour, which can increase lead times to reduce costs.
All runs are hung on hooks, therefore material will be jigged with a witness or, in some cases, a small hole is drilled. We work with the customer to make sure these are in the best location for the profile
