At ALEXCO, we extrude in 6060, 6063, and 6061 alloys as standard. 6060 is our primary alloy, offering consistent extrusion properties, good strength, high corrosion resistance, excellent machinability, and ideal surface quality for anodising. 6063 is available as a standard alternative. 6005 is also available on request for higher-strength applications.

6061 Grade Alloy
6061 is stocked as a standard alloy for applications requiring higher strength than 6060 or 6063. 6005 is also available on request for structural and load-bearing profiles.
