ALEXCO’s unique advantage is a new press size that allows higher precision with smaller profiles than other extruders. This distinctive feature not only enhances accuracy, but also reduces initial setup costs, enabling smaller volume orders to be feasible.

We have always been unique in the ability to successfully support smaller customers, with our lower initial setup costs. However, our new press makes smaller profile runs very competitive against all Australasian extruders, even on large volumes.

We take our responsibility to environmental impacts seriously, as we actively work on reducing our waste, recycling our oils on site and we are leaving behind the use of plastic packaging by moving towards paper and untreated timber. Our investment in new technology for our plant has resulted in a significant drop in energy consumption over the last 24 months.
