Jason brings an extensive background as a commercial architect and project manager, and has experience in establishing and leading manufacturing operations. He has a solid understanding of the NZ construction industry and practices and a keen eye for good design and strong leadership skills.

Anthony has been with ALEXCO since immigrating to NZ over a decade ago, (still supports the springboks). He brings a huge depth of experience in the extrusion industry from South Africa, as well as financial governance and an MBA.

30 plus years experience in the extrusion industry, Tony is heavily involved in tool making, die design, plant maintenance and day to day management of staff.

Ben’s engineering background and his eye for detail seamlessly integrates our operations to ensure efficiency, quality and safety across all production lines.

Always smiling, can’t sit still and never leaves the place. There’s not much about anodising that Willy doesn’t know, he’s been with us for nearly 25 years.

There is not one piece of the plant that Mike has not had a hand in maintaining, designing or repairing over the last 30 years. A pivotal part of the business in almost every aspect, Mike is our lead die designer, and is responsible for the design of the new press and associated plant.

A draftsman by trade, Luke brings a strong ethos and experience of running his own business. He has extensive experience in managing manufacturing operations and possesses a wide range of skills in die manufacture, CNC programming, plant maintenance and staff training.

Jen fronts our powder coating plant, with the technical support from Thearith. Both have a keen eye for detail ensuring our quality remains at the highest levels.
